Data Research Analyst

Location: Singapore

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

We are looking for a Data Research Analyst to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze datasets, generate insights, and support research reports and strategic decision-making. This position is well-suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy working with both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Conduct data collection, cleaning, and validation from multiple sources (public, proprietary, and internal).
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support research projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, industry performance, and competitive benchmarks.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Research, Strategy, Product) to provide data-driven insights.
• Support the preparation of research publications, whitepapers, and presentations.

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 03 years of experience in data analysis, research, or business intelligence (entry-level welcome).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
