We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to join our team at the intersection of live entertainment and data. From supporting sell-out concerts to uncovering what drives audiences to book tickets, your work will help shape real decisions across the business.
You'll work across teams - from marketing, partnerships to client success - and help make our insights come alive in the fast-paced world of events and ticketing If you're someone who's curious, proactive, and enjoys solving problems with data - we'd love to chat.
What You'll Do:
- Use SQL to pull and analyse data
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of BI dashboards and reporting systems
- Work with other data and cross functional teammates to make sure reports are accurate and useful
- Help different teams like marketing, sales, or client service understand what's working and what's not
- Share your insights in a simple, clear way - we don't just want numbers, we want to know what they mean
- Check that data in our reports is accurate and up to date
- Keep track of key definitions (like what counts as a repeat buyer) so everyone speaks the same data language
- Help others in the company use the reports we've built (data for everyone, not just the data team!)
- User Training for internal and external users
- Work on special projects and ad hoc data studies as needed by different departments
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a BI or data-related role
- Strong SQL skills (must-have)
- Experience using tools like Qlik, Apache Superset, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- Comfortable working with numbers and finding patterns
- Curious mindset - you like solving puzzles and asking why
- Good communicator - able to explain what the data says to different types of people
- Fresh grads with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with different teams to understand their data needs
- Knowledge of how data flows (ETL/ELT), or how to work with engineers to get clean data
- A passion for making data easy to use across the organisation
- Bonus: Experience in Python/R, or exposure to stats/ML, cloud platforms (GCP/ AWS)
