We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Data / Reporting / Business Intelligence Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and actionable insights.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and helping businesses make informed decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and data visualizations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Analyze business trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
• Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools to generate insights.
• Support management with accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Transform raw data into meaningful reports and actionable business insights.
• Develop automated reports and improve existing reporting processes.
• Assist with data extraction, cleaning, processing, and database management.
• Work with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, dashboards, and data processes.
• Support business intelligence projects and other analytical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• 0–3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
• Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends and patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present data and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and business performance reporting is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
• Based in Singapore and legally authorized to work in Singapore.
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
