High Level Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivery Management and Delivery Excellence
Lead design and customer business requirements gathering and validation optimize customer requirements
- Delivery Set-up and Governance
Review operation metrics, assess risk and drive mitigation plans review SOW / work orders
Understand delivery issues, pursuits with the current customer, customer needs, etc.
- Technology and Transformation
Focus on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence
Assist account teams in presales, scoping and effort estimation, and client visits
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Delivery of various projects in parallel responsible for Resources, Time, Budget and Scope management
- Track and monitor the progress during each phase and report issues/risks on time
- Liaise with Account Manager, Vertical, Offshore management and various horizontal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Establish Project Reviews and Communication Governance
- Able to bring ideas & values to improve margins & improve Cost of delivery to run projects from Onsite & offshore locations.
- Manage customer expectations, handle escalations and stakeholder communications
- Manage staffing requirements, allocations across projects
- Understand Client Vision and IT Roadmap and support Account specific plan with various horizontals to align horizontal-based offerings with Customer requirements
- Facilitate presentation of Cognizant POVs / Solutions / Capabilities to customers on need basis
- Identify areas of value-add in current projects, support opportunity pursuits, submit Proposals and prepare SOW/Work Orders

- Experience in managing Client relationships, building onshore/offshore teams
- Ability to assess customer expectations and translate it into deliverables that meet business needs
- Ability & Experience to communicate with Senior leadership in the organization.
Domain Knowledge:
- Desirable 10+ years of experience in Project/team Management with over 10 years of IT experience.
- Singapore Public Sector experience with delivery of large-scale Application development & Maintenance will be added advantage.
- Experience in delivering projects related to Data Migration / Data Visualization / Modern Data Technologies on Cloud (AWS/Azure) / Data Governance & Data Quality / Big Data Ecosystem will be an added advantage.
