ABOUT THE JOB

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex data management and regulatory reporting initiatives for leading banks. You will combine strong project management skills with deep knowledge of data governance, datamart architecture, and compliance frameworks to deliver solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements and enable data-driven decision-making.

• Manage end-to-end data management and regulatory reporting projects, ensuring alignment with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
• Define and implement data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality controls.
• Oversee datamart design, development, and integration with core banking systems and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with MAS, Basel, IFRS, and other regulatory reporting standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between data teams, business units, and senior management.
• Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement lessons learned.

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor Degree holder

• 10+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on data management and regulatory reporting. Strong expertise in datamart, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving regulatory reporting (MAS, Basel, IFRS) and compliance technology.
• Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and business teams.
• Relevant certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Data Governance certifications (e.g., DAMA), Regulatory Reporting frameworks.
