Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Data Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing schedules and deliverables, supporting program management, and ensuring effective communication across diverse stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing data to provide useful insights and developing progress reports to support project and program objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Coordination, Project Management, and Program Management to effectively oversee and deliver on project milestones and objectives.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for project improvement and planning.
- Exceptional Communication capabilities to liaise with stakeholders and ensure clear, concise information exchange across teams.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks efficiently, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
