Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Data Processor to support geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring projects across construction and infrastructure sites in Singapore.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Data Processing & Reporting
- Process, verify, and manage data collected from geotechnical instruments such as inclinometers, piezometers, settlement markers, strain gauges, and vibration monitors
- Perform data validation, trend checks, and basic analysis to identify anomalies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports for clients and authorities (e.g. LTA, PUB)
- Maintain accurate records, data logs, and monitoring databases
Instrumentation & System Exposure
- Support configuration and monitoring of data loggers, sensors, and remote monitoring systems
- Assist in instrument tagging, calibration records, and documentation
- Work closely with site teams and engineers to understand instrument installation and monitoring requirements
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, and engineers on data submission timelines
- Ensure monitoring data complies with project specifications and authority requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and internal quality checks
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics,
- Fresh graduates are welcome no prior experience required
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with Excel, data tables, and reports
- Willingness to learn technical instruments and monitoring systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work with site teams
