The Data Network Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data network solutions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. The role involves close collaboration with IT teams and project stakeholders to support ongoing projects and enhance network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support the deployment and configuration of network hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network-related projects.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in data network analysis and management.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) to understand requirements / data in Mandarin and particularly for effective communication and liaison with Mandarin-speaking project team members, key customers, and stake holders
