Job Description

  • Onboarding & Acquisition Analytics: Lead the end-to-end analysis of the hotel partner acquisition funnel. Identify friction points in the registration and first-room-sold journey, providing actionable insights to streamline the path from lead to active partner.
  • Commercial Program Optimization: Design data frameworks to evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives (e.g., promotional participation, commission structures, and loyalty badges). You will identify which programs drive incremental growth and which require optimization to protect margins.
  • Partner Engagement & Feature Adoption: Analyze how hotel partners interact with our platform. You will identify features that correlate with high performance and work with Product teams to drive adoption of these tools.
  • Growth Modeling & Simulation: Develop models to predict the impact of new commercial terms or platform features on our supply growth and net revenue, helping leadership make informed Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Partner Segmentation: Build advanced segmentation models to help the commercial team prioritize high-value leads and tailor communication strategies based on partner behavior and potential.
  • Strategic Reporting: Own the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for supply-side growth metrics, delivering executive-level dashboards that visualize acquisition health and commercial program ROI.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Science, or a Commercial Data role, with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • Hands-on Technical Expert: Master-level proficiency in SQL and Python. You must be comfortable working with high-volume behavioral data and complex CRM datasets.
  • Causal Inference & Experimentation: Proven experience in A/B testing or using statistical methods to measure the true uplift of business programs.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of unit economics, B2B funnels, and the relationship between supply growth and marketplace revenue.
  • Product Analytics Savvy: Experience with event-tracking data (e.g., clickstream) to understand user behavior within a digital platform or portal.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to translate complex data into a clear Commercial Playbook for non-technical stakeholders.
