About the Role

eTeam is seekingan experienced Data Governance Specialist to lead and implement enterprise-level data governance and quality initiatives. The ideal candidatewill have deep expertise in Google Cloud Dataplex and modern governance platforms, with the ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable data management solutions across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Data Governance &Data Quality implementation initiatives across enterprise systems. Design and deploy data management solutions using Google Cloud Dataplex.

Integrate data lakes, data warehouses, and BI applications for seamless data flow. Implement data lineage, metadata management, and RBAC within Dataplex.

Develop and optimize data processing frameworks on GCP BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensurecompliance, security, and accessibility of data assets.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance & Data Quality implementation.

Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field. Strong expertise in Google Cloud Dataplex.

Familiarity with governance platforms: Collibra, Alation, Atlan,Informatica CDGC. Proficiency in Java and Python.

Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Reltio MDM.

Data Governance certifications (e.g., Collibra, DAMA). Knowledge of AWS and other cloud platforms.

Familiarity with Apache Spark, Cloud Dataflow, Google Dataform, ApacheAirflow. Exposure to BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
