Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Define and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Data & AI offerings across APAC industries (FSI, Telco, Energy, Public Sector).
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable programs with measurable KPIs (revenue, margin, client success).
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer-centric, future-ready solutions aligned with client transformation goals.

Programme & Portfolio Management

  • Lead strategy and execution across interdependent projects within key client accounts.
  • Align technology programs with account strategies to ensure value realization.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, adherence to agile best practices, and risk management across engagements.

Client & Account Management

  • Manage regional account growth and retention, driving consistent YoY performance.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise accounts across APAC.
  • Build executive-level relationships, coordinating proposals, budgets, service contracts, and commercial negotiations.
  • Advise CXOs on data modernization, GenAI, cloud migration, data platforms, and regulatory compliance.

Business Development & Pipeline Ownership

  • Identify whitespace opportunities, create pursuit strategies, and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Forecast revenue goals, track market expansion, and report to the Regional Sales Leader.
  • Drive contract utilization, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

Regional Market Engagement

  • Represent Capgemini at industry forums, conferences, analyst briefings, and client events.
  • Strengthen ecosystem partnerships (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Databricks, Informatica) for joint GTM initiatives.
  • Drive awareness through marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and client showcases.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Secure stakeholder buy-in for transformation initiatives from scoping to delivery.
  • Decompose complex client requirements into clear deliverables for agile technology teams.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to drive change, overcome resistance, and accelerate adoption.
