Job Description

Job Location: Raffles

Contract duration: 6 months (possible extension based on performance and project funding availability)

A. Job Purpose

To manage processing and data input for an application development project.

B. Core Functions & Responsibilities

Process and perform data entry into the UAT system.
Perform manual data entry into the live application system promptly and accurately for data not migrate

C. Other Duties & Responsibilities

Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Project team and Managers.
Provide feedback on process-related issues and suggest improvements to the Project team.
Perform administrative duties as required.
Support functions such as compiling statistics and extracting reports.
Provide guidance and training to new Data Entry team members joining the project.
Aim for zero human error and minimize operating losses in handling defects.
Prior experience in data entry and validation in banking projects for is advantageous for this role.
