Job Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Introduce and implement innovative short and long-term business goals.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics management.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, audits and presentations as required.
Maintain organized and secure filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.
Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
Support project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables, while managing budget activities.
Coordinate appointments and schedules between external partners and internal medical teams, including follow-ups and timely communication of results to clinics.
