Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Introduce and implement innovative short and long-term business goals.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics management.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, audits and presentations as required.

  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.

  • Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables, while managing budget activities.

  • Coordinate appointments and schedules between external partners and internal medical teams, including follow-ups and timely communication of results to clinics.

  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Admin Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize.

  • Ethical behaviour.
