Data Entry / Customer Service

Work location : Pasir Panjang Wholesale Market
Working Hours : 6pm to 3am, as long as finished keying in can go back earlier sometimes 2am or earlier.

4 off days a month (self arrange with boss prior approval, can be all 4 days together or 4 separate days anytime within a month etc,). If you choose to work on off days, Extra Duty allowance will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry clerk / Customer Service

Key in order by buyer into system
Able to read the order in Mandarin, and type mandarin characters for other picker/packer to pick up correct order
Support customers query regarding orders or directly take order over phone.

Requirements:
Preferably familiar with type of vegetable

Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers professionally regarding orders / take orders

Basic Computer knowledge

Salary : Basic SGD 2200, after probation review salary with good performance.
