Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in various systems and databases, ensuring information integrity and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and internal systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors in data entries.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files.
- Generate basic reports and provide administrative support as required.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of company information.
- Support process improvements related to data accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in administration, IT, or office management is a plus.
- 02 years of experience in data entry, administration, or related fields (fresh graduates may apply).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with database systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Salary Reference (Singapore, 2025)
- Entry-Level (02 years): SGD 28,000 SGD 34,000 per year
- Experienced (35 years): SGD 35,000 SGD 38,000 per year
