About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Support Executive. This role combines accurate data management with customer communication to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and Google Sheets.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contact customers to schedule appointments and follow up when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Assist with administrative support and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
