Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Assistant based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and organizing information systematically. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting with customer inquiries, and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Computer Literacy and Typing skills
  • Effective written and verbal Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle data with accuracy
  • Organizational and time management capabilities
  • Familiarity with basic software tools and platforms
  • Experience in data entry or a related administrative role is a plus
