Job Summary

This is a 6 MONTHS CONTRACT General Data Entry Assistant role.

To supports administrative operations and office tasks to ensure smooth daily functions at our Woodlands office.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain files to ensure easy access and accurate record keeping
  • Manage correspondence to support effective communication and documentation
  • Perform general office support tasking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Completion of N Level or O Level education (training provided)
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Outgoing personality to engage positively with colleagues

  • Work schedule: 5 days per week
  • Work hours: 9am to 6pm
  • Office location: Woodlands, next to Causeway Point
