Job Summary
This is a 6 MONTHS CONTRACT General Data Entry Assistant role.
To supports administrative operations and office tasks to ensure smooth daily functions at our Woodlands office.
Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain files to ensure easy access and accurate record keeping
- Manage correspondence to support effective communication and documentation
- Perform general office support tasking
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of N Level or O Level education (training provided)
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Outgoing personality to engage positively with colleagues

- Work schedule: 5 days per week
- Work hours: 9am to 6pm
- Office location: Woodlands, next to Causeway Point
