Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full spectrum of administration functions.
- Handle data entry works for operational team.
- Office management like upkeep and maintenance of the office units.
- Support in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claims.
- Assist on ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level / Diploma.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Admin.
- Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people.
- Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
Working : 5 day work week
