The Role

This is an exciting contract opportunity for a Data Engineer to contribute to data-driven initiatives within the technology sector. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support business and analytical requirements

• Develop and optimise ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow across systems

• Work with large datasets to support data modelling and warehousing activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms

• Support the integration of data from multiple sources into centralised repositories

• Assist in the documentation of data processes, flows, and architecture

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Foundational knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python

• Understanding of ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data warehousing principles

• Exposure to big data technologies or cloud platforms is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
