Your new role
- Support client lifecycle management activities (onboarding, documentation, data updates).
- Assist with Middle Office operations and project-related initiatives.
- Ensure client information is accurate and aligned with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with multiple teams to support process improvement and automation efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, client lifecycle, or KYC/AML (Fresh grads with banking knowledge are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documents and data.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel (VBA/Python is a plus but not required).
- Only Singaporeans.
