  • Follow established change management and incident response procedures.

Operational Support

  • Participate in shift rotations, on-call duties, and after-hours support as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Networking, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and structured cabling.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow processes and documentation.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Willingness to work in a shift-based, 24/7 environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • 1-2 years of experience in data centre or IT infrastructure support (internships count).

  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with data centre concepts such as power, cooling, and rack space management.
