about the job
- Be responsible for the efficient monitoring of all building operations including mechanical and electrical equipment, emergency generators, BMS, fire/lift safety systems and other associated equipment.
- Conducting routine, ongoing assessment of the building systems operations.
- Perform regular tests and rounds and analyze data to ensure smooth and proper operations of all equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment.
- Work on building management programs for a mission critical facilities environment.
job requirement
- Degree/diploma in Engineering
- Possess hands on electrical/mechanical engineering experience
- Possess experience with mission critical facilities operating equipment/systems (i.e. UPS, HVAC, lift/fire safety systems, generators etc.)
