Singapore Market

• Based in Singapore
• Recruiting across APAC

Japan Market

• Based in Singapore
• Recruiting into Japan's rapidly growing Data Centre sector
• Conversational Japanese required

This is a pure permanent recruitment role focused on building long-term client relationships across one of the most candidate-short markets globally.

We're interested in recruiters from:

• Data Centres
• Engineering
• Construction
• Energy
• Technology
• Industrial
• Other STEM markets

What We're Looking For

• 360 recruitment experience
• Strong billing track record or clear progression trajectory
• Commercial mindset and ownership mentality
• Desire to build a true specialist market
• Ambition to progress through to Principal and Senior Principal levels
