We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day ICT infrastructure and data centre operations, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with government and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of servers, networks, hosting platforms, end-user computing, and data centre facilities
- Oversee Facilities Management and EUCD vendors and contractors
- Lead infrastructure and ICT operations projects to meet availability, capacity, and continuity requirements
- Ensure compliance with Government IM8 policies, ICT standards, and SOPs
- Manage infrastructure incidents, performance monitoring, system logs, and audit follow-ups
- Oversee hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts
- Lead ICT infrastructure procurement activities, including tender specifications, evaluation, and award
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning, annual DR testing, and tabletop exercises
- Track and remediate security vulnerabilities and audit findings
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Facilities Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT infrastructure or data centre operations
- Strong project management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL, PMP/CITPM/COMIT or equivalent certifications
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience managing cloud infrastructure
- Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CCSP)
- Knowledge of Singapore Government ICT governance and IM8 policies
