• Maintain and track racks, servers, and IT equipment using inventory management systems
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, vendor escorting, and ensure adherence to security policies
• Operate within a ticketing system to coordinate and monitor equipment movement
• Provide hands-on support for daily operations and ongoing projects to ensure smooth data centre performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in IT support, inventory control, logistics, or warehouse management
• Practical experience in handling racks, servers, and IT hardware, including physical lifting and working at heights
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to efficient data centre operations
