The role

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and accelerate Mace's Data Centre business across APAC. Working with some of the world's leading hyperscale, technology, and digital infrastructure clients, you will drive market growth, build strategic partnerships, lead major programmes, and position Mace as the consultancy of choice within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the region.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the growth and strategic expansion of Mace's Data Centre sector across APAC, identifying market opportunities, shaping client strategies, and driving sustainable business growth.
• Acting as a senior leader and trusted advisor to hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and technology clients, building executive relationships and securing major data centre commissions across the region.
• Providing leadership across complex, large-scale data centre programmes, ensuring excellence in delivery, governance, project controls, commercial performance, and client outcomes.
• Championing Safety First and driving best practice in quality, sustainability, resilience, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the data centre lifecycle.
• Developing and executing regional business plans, market strategies, and growth initiatives that strengthen Mace's position as a leading data centre consultancy in APAC.
• Building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering technical excellence, innovation, succession planning, and knowledge sharing across the sector.
  
  

You'll Need To Have

• A proven track record leading large-scale data centre projects, programmes, or business units, with experience across hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical, or digital infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated success in growing client relationships, winning work, and developing market opportunities within the data centre sector across APAC or other international markets.
• Strong commercial, project management, programme leadership, risk management, and project controls expertise gained on complex capital projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, executive communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities with the ability to influence senior client decision-makers.
• Relevant degree qualification and professional accreditation (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, MICE, or equivalent).
• A collaborative and inspiring leadership style, with experience developing high-performing teams and driving organisational growth within a dynamic, fast-paced sector.
