Lead a team of technical experts responsible for the management, support, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment.
Oversee network configuration changes, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth operations of the Data Center network.
Ensure the proper installation, configuration, and operation of systems and equipment in the Data Center.
Manage capacity specifications and optimize resources to meet operational needs.
Manage Data Center capacity specifications, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues related to Data Center networks or servers.
Implement and monitor changes to system services and configurations as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Serve as a point of contact between the technical team, management and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of data center activities.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Data Center operations.
Proficiency in Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems. Familiarity with fault management, system installation, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience in managing a technical team, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
