About The Role
The Project Coordinator supports customer delivery projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and reporting on progress, risks, and milestones. Working with cross-functional teams, the role helps ensure projects are delivered smoothly, governance requirements are met, and customers receive a positive experience from contract execution through operational handover.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate customer delivery projects and support Customer Integration Managers.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, approvals, and handover records.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Support customer onboarding, training, and readiness activities.
- Prepare project status reports and governance updates.
- Assist with change requests, approvals, and billing-related administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project commitments are met
Essential
What You'll Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, customer delivery, or PMO roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
- Excellent communication and documentation management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in data centers, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, construction, facilities, or engineering environments.
- Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and change control.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding activities.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar project management certification.
