About The Role


The Project Coordinator supports customer delivery projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and reporting on progress, risks, and milestones. Working with cross-functional teams, the role helps ensure projects are delivered smoothly, governance requirements are met, and customers receive a positive experience from contract execution through operational handover.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate customer delivery projects and support Customer Integration Managers.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, approvals, and handover records.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Support customer onboarding, training, and readiness activities.
• Prepare project status reports and governance updates.
• Assist with change requests, approvals, and billing-related administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project commitments are met
  
  

Essential


What You'll Need:

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, customer delivery, or PMO roles.
• Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
• Excellent communication and documentation management skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in data centers, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, construction, facilities, or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and change control.
• Experience supporting customer onboarding activities.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar project management certification.
