Manage daily Data Center operations, including providing 24/7 on-call emergency support
Ensure proper maintenance of MEP infrastructure and liaise with vendors or managing agents as required
Develop and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for MEP systems
Plan and coordinate annual shutdown activities
Conduct and support audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements
Compile and review monthly reports such as energy and asset reports
Oversee contractors and ensure smooth execution of projects
Address and respond to client enquiries and service requests
Requirements
Minimum 3 years data center facilities experience.
Operational experience with critical facility equipment/ system that includes but not limited to transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, ,CRAH and Fire System.
Work independently with minimum of supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain all facility related documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
