About the Role
Lead key client accounts in large-scale data center and mission-critical projects. Combine project delivery oversight with strong client relationship and commercial management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary technical and project delivery teams across all phases
- Serve as primary account lead and trusted advisor for key clients
- Drive client relationship management and structured account coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed technical, safety, and quality standards
- Oversee consulting activities and technical services to enhance client satisfaction and profitability
- Contribute to sales strategy, commercial negotiations, and business development
- Identify repeat business opportunities and expand client accounts
- Guide project teams using strong construction, engineering, and project management expertise
- Support regional market growth across SEA/APAC
Job Requirements
- 10 years above of project management experience in construction, consultancy, or mixed-delivery environments
- Proven experience in data centre newbuilds, fit-out, or mission-critical infrastructure
- Good account management, stakeholder engagement, or client-facing leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and negotiate commercial matters
- Practical site experience with ability to interpret technical drawings and validate progress
- Degree in MEP, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Regional exposure managing projects or client accounts across SEA/APAC is preferable
