Perform real-time monitoring and incident response to meet IDC operational requirements.
Provide first-level troubleshooting support for hardware, network, and server systems, including switches and Windows/Linux/Unix platforms, and deliver timely feedback and escalation when required.
Carry out adjustment, arrangement, and maintenance of physical connections within the data center, including optical fibers, network cables, and power cables.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports in a timely manner.
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least one (1) year of data center experience is preferred training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
Familiar with server and storage principles and operations from major industry manufacturers.
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese to liaise effectively with associates in China.
