• Perform real-time monitoring and incident response to meet IDC operational requirements.

• Provide first-level troubleshooting support for hardware, network, and server systems, including switches and Windows/Linux/Unix platforms, and deliver timely feedback and escalation when required.

• Carry out adjustment, arrangement, and maintenance of physical connections within the data center, including optical fibers, network cables, and power cables.

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least one (1) year of data center experience is preferred training will be provided for entry-level candidates.

• Familiar with server and storage principles and operations from major industry manufacturers.

• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese to liaise effectively with associates in China.

• Multiple positions available, including standard office hours (58) and shift-based roles.
