We are representing a leading innovation group within a global advanced manufacturing, currently seeking a seasoned Data Architect to drive its data strategy and enterprise-wide transformation. This is a senior role positioned at the intersection of business operations and IT, shaping how data fuels decisions, compliance, and innovation across the organization.

The Opportunity

This role is about setting the vision for how data is designed, governed, secured, and consumed across a multinational operation. You will collaborate with teams worldwide, define best practices, and create scalable, compliant data platforms that empower advanced analytics and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture strategy, aligning technology with business goals.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide frameworks: governance, quality, compliance, and security.
• Build and optimize large-scale data platforms including warehouses, lakes, and pipelines from OLTP to OLAP.
• Drive domain-oriented data architecture (DODA) to structure data around business domains.
• Partner with global business and technical stakeholders, producing documentation, reports, and roadmaps.
• Assess, modernize, and scale existing databases and data platforms.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 13+ years experience in data architecture, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies.
• Strong technical toolkit across Python, SQL, Java, C++.
• Expertise in database management, data modeling, and governance.
• Hands-on with Big Data, cloud platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
