Conduct quality sampling/inspection for data collection and annotation projects, deeply understand business scenario requirements and project guidelines (including collection/annotation rules and delivery standards), and lead project acceptance by identifying and documenting execution issues .
Independently align standards, resolve queries, draft quality control plans, and drive rapid project implementation .
Monitor execution processes for data collection and annotation, proactively address risks, and enhance delivery quality/efficiency .
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher, 3+ years in annotation quality inspection. Preference for majors in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or Statistics .
Familiarity with mainstream annotation types (e.g., semantic segmentation, 3D point clouds, text/audio annotation) preferred .
Strong communication and project management expertise prioritized .
Proficient in annotation platforms/tools, fluency in both English and Chinese for seamless collaboration with Chinese teams .
