Oversee end-to-end data annotation projects, deeply understand business requirements for data collection and annotation scenarios, and drive project execution.
Lead full project lifecycles independently, align standards, conduct training, resolve queries, draft project plans, and ensure rapid implementation.
Proficient in mainstream annotation types (e.g., semantic segmentation, bounding box, 3D point cloud), skilled in Excel, with capabilities in risk identification and progress tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above, 3+ years of project management experience. Preference for majors in Computer Science, Statistics, or Big Data.
Familiarity with common AI algorithms and their data requirements. Priority given to candidates with data collection/annotation experience in robotics, LLMs, or related fields.
Proficient in Shell/Python scripting for batch data processing (preferred skill).
Strong communication and coordination skills, coupled with comprehensive project management expertise.
Excellent English literacy; fluent in spoken and written Chinese for seamless collaboration with Chinese teams.
