Data and AI Engineering Intern (International Business)

Job Title: Data and AI engineering Intern (International Business) (6 Months, extendable)

Location: IB Regional Offices

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Data and AI engineering Intern for a 6-month internship. The ideal candidate will support data engineering, analytics and AI engineering projects, generate actionable insights for business teams, and develop impactful AI agents or models. The intern will collaborate with business teams in regional offices and with data, BI and AI engineering teams based in Singapore and India. The preferred language of communication is English.

Key Responsibilities:

. Interact with end-customers, collaborate with marketing, sales, service and product teams to understand user pain points & needs

. Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, Microsoft Azure & Google cloud data engineering tools

. Analyze CX, marketing, supply-chain and product data using Databricks, Python, Power BI, Excel, SQL

. Automate repetitive tasks and decision making with Agentic AI workflow development using tools like n8n, Databricks agents etc.

. Leverage product analytics tools to study and improve digital/data/AI product adoption

. Develop data visualizations for various teams and business needs, Prepare clear, insightful presentations to communicate findings

. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions

Requirements:

. Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field

. Exposure to Agentic AI workflow builder platforms like n8n,LangGraph, Open Claw etc.

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Working knowledge of Databricks AIBI, Power BI for analytics and visualization

. Experience with Databricks (delta sharing, delta tables, unity catalog, Microsoft Azure data tools (Data Factory, Synapse, Data bricks, or similar), Google cloud engineering tools

. Proficiency in Databricks, SQL for data extraction and reporting

. Basic Python programming for analytics and automation

. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and core concepts of digital marketing/product metrics

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with remote, cross-cultural teams

. Analytical mindset, detail-orientation, and strong problem-solving skills

. Ability to build workflows in CRM tool Zoho desk, Zoho lead management. etc.
