Job Scopes
As a Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across our KOSÉ & DECORTÉ brands. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full marketing mix - from digital and social media to events, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations and brand activations.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas and support campaign planning and execution across digital, social, and offline touchpoints
- Assist in creating engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, including copywriting, scheduling, and community management
- Support the coordination of livestreams, events, media drops, and promotional activations.
- Assist with influencer outreach, coordination and relationship management.
- Research and explore potential brand, creator and platform collaborations aligned with campaign objectives.
- Support the execution and coordination of collaboration campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign tracking.
- Track and compile media, influencer, and collaboration coverage from campaign initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and basic performance tracking to identify trends, content opportunities, and growth areas.
- Provide support for day-to-day marketing operations, monthly reporting, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong command of English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Keen eye for detail and strong interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with content editing apps or software is a plus.
Working conditions
This job requires a person to work from regular office hours included after 6:00pm, weekend, and outdoors subject to various type of promotion events.
