Apply analytical knowledge and deploy tools to translate information into insights, to facilitate stakeholders in making informed decisions, contributing towards the achievement of the company's long term vision and goals.

Responsibilities

. To ensure high quality analytics support are delivered to the stakeholders through use of analytical, statistical and programming skills to analyse and interpret data.

. To lead in managing projects and ensuring that the output meets the needs and requirements of the stakeholders.

. Developing data models to capture and report on KPIs

. Building dashboards and tools to support our internal teams

. Exploring our data to uncover meaningful insights in changes to help drive company growth

. Contextualizing data for a variety of audiences, internally and externally

. A myriad of data projects as needs arise

. Be the main focal point for all data matters of our top strategic clients

. Analyze big data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations for our clients

. Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements

. Analyze and explain changes in key performance indicators

. Own and manage multiple BI initiatives, analytical deep dives and projects both on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis

. Work closely with internal and external business partners

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field
• Minimal 2 years of working experience preferably in healthcare industry, holding a role overseeing Statistical Modelling, Big Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Geospatial Analysis or related areas
• Well versed in statistical modelling, data analysis, dashboarding, reporting and geographical mapping software such as SPSS Modeller, Tableau, Excel and QGIS
• Analytical with good communication and problem solving skills
• Good team player
