Data Analytics Manager

About the role

As our Data Analyst Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will lead a team of data analysts, establish data analytics best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights.

This role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, mentorship abilities and excellent commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and guide a team of data analysts, fostering continuous professional development

• Oversee the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from initial problem definition to final data delivery

• Build complex SQL queries and advanced dashboards to uncover business optimization trends

• Translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical executives

• Standardize analytics workflows, documentation, metrics definitions, and visualization templates

• Review code, dashboards, and machine learning models

• Review workflow and continuously automate the team's processes as necessary

About you

• Degree in Data Analytics or relevant discipline

• 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience leading or mentoring junior analyst
