Role Description

The Data Analytics Associate supports the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves preparing datasets, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and contributing to reporting and visualization efforts that inform operational and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and validating data, conducting exploratory and descriptive analyses, developing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies. The Data Analytics Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensure data accuracy, and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and supports automation of reporting tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL for data extraction and querying. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
