Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain the core data metrics framework and attribution analysis system for our international business, ensuring data is traceable, interpretable, and capable of driving key business decisions.

Develop a deep understanding of our community product and operational strategies. Independently own the end-to-end process of A/B testing and user sampling studiesfrom design to analysisusing rigorous data conclusions to drive product iterations, strategy optimizations, and algorithm improvements.

Continuously monitor key business performance indicators. Build automated dashboards and alerting systems to rapidly diagnose fluctuations, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively identify and mitigate potential business risks.

Synthesize industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to produce forward-looking analytical reports. Provide data-backed, actionable insights to inform the long-term strategic direction of our international community business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in community platforms, content products, live streaming, search, or recommendation systems is highly preferred.

Excellent business acumen and logical thinking, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business contexts and translate business challenges into structured data problems.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis. Skilled in data visualization using Excel and Tableau (or similar BI tools).

Strong self-directed learning ability, exceptional cross-functional communication skills, innate curiosity about technology and products, and a demonstrated sense of ownership and proactive drive.

Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) and collaborate seamlessly with global teams.
