At least 9 years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, planning, operations, analytics, or business management, ideally in enterprise technology or consulting environments.
Demonstrated expertise designing or implementing GenAI solutions - particularly RAG-based engines - for marketing use cases like personalized content generation, conversational engagement, or campaign asset creation.
Strong track record of managing marketing planning cycles, campaign measurement, and funnel performance optimization across multi-country B2B programs.
Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, Tableau).
Proven ability to lead forecasting processes and deliver actionable insights that accelerate pipeline conversion.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
