WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports related to Air product activities. Assist in data cleaning, detect irregularities in reports and analyze root causes. Perform Ad-hoc analysis requested by stakeholders
Dashboard & Data Management
- Extracted and consolidated data from multiple sources to support the development of a comprehensive and insightful dashboard tailored to airfreight operations.
- Developed and implemented a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for monthly dashboard updates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting. Maintained and optimized the dashboard's data pipeline to ensure seamless integration and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
RFQ Support
- Assist in preparing and sending RFQs to carriers for 2026 capacity Compile and analyze rate proposals Support supplier communication and documentation
Pricing & Analytics
- Analyze pricing trends, production rates, and facial rate data Use Excel/BI tools to generate insights Support reporting and forecasting tasks
Responsibilities
- Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
- Compile and analyze data related to business issues
- Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Basic Excel/Power BI skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel or powerquery, problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, critical thinking, good communication to present findings.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), structured approach to organizing information, curiosity to learn data governance practices.
- Basic understanding of procurement/logistics concepts Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, tables) Analytical thinking and communication skills
