We are looking for a Data Analyst to consolidate and transform data from multiple Google Sheets into structured, automated dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
This role will focus on improving data visibility, reducing manual reporting, and enabling the business to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate data from multiple Google Sheets and other sources into a single, reliable dataset
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for reporting
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards
- Troubleshoot and improve existing reports and data flows
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst / BI / Reporting role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX basics)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (data cleaning, formulas, structuring)
- Experience handling messy or unstructured datasets
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple data sources
Good to Have
- Experience integrating data from APIs or cloud platforms
- Knowledge of data automation tools (e.g., Power Query)
- Understanding of business processes (sales, operations, finance reporting)
