2Test and optimize comms and content strategy to boost user lifetime value.
3Build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys.
4Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams.
5Ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other US data regulations.
Job Requirements
12+ years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing.
2Experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries.
3Familiar with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS.
4Skilled in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations.
5Excellent project management and communication skills.
6Data-driven and analytical mindset.
