Location: Singapore

Job Summary –

This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting, data to support decision-making and provide insights to the organization. It also supports Tech Marketing Engineer to make data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and achieve their strategic objectives. The role applies statistical and analytical methods to explore data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and extract actionable insights.

Technical Skills

• In accordance with plan, perform/executes data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
• Collects, records, and analyzes data using established protocols and processes; communicates findings to TME for review and feedback.
• Generate actionable insights through holistic and detailed analysis of such as Star Rating and NPS, calls and returns, to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

• Any degree or equivalent.
• Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
• Programming Language/s Certification (SQL, Python, or similar)
