Job Overview
Letchi Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our logistics and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal systems and external sources
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
- Work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to understand data needs
- Optimize data processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear and actionable manner
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security
- Support forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring initiatives
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage
- Understanding of databases and data structures
