Job Summary
Support the implementation and optimization of finance systems and technology solutions, including ERP and automation tools. Responsibilities include data maintenance, workflow improvement, solution testing, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on testing, validation, and evaluation of technology-enabled solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from testing and verification to final implementation.
- Assist in updating master data input and performing data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in finance automation initiatives through digitalisation tools (e.g., Power Query and related data solutions).
- Assist in improving Excel manual templates for better workflow efficiency and usability.
- Support the system owner for ERP and finance-related platforms by coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
