Data Analyst - Finance

This is not a traditional finance or accounting role. Instead of routine bookkeeping, the focus is on turning diverse data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive business improvement. You will collaborate across functions to deliver timely, high-quality analysis, design automation solutions, and work directly with the company founders and management team on high-impact initiatives.

• Education: Minimum Polytechnic Diploma (or higher) in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel Power Query, SQL, Python, R).

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

  • Comfort with digital tools and POS systems ability to integrate IT/AI solutions into workflows.

  • Basic financial knowledge is a plus but not must.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and link solutions directly to measurable financial outcomes (ROI, cost savings, revenue growth).

• Problem-Solving Orientation: Solution-driven, with experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and project management.

• Operational Flexibility: Willingness to gain 1st hand info from stores of our different brands

• Communication & Influence: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively to diverse teams and senior leadership.
